Driven by a passion to make plant-based food both exciting and accessible, I founded Okapi in 2019. What began as a few kitchen experiments blossomed into a treasure trove of ideas and recipes that garnered heartfelt appreciation. My vision was to share food that is colourful, vibrant, and delicious, while fostering a community that is mindful of what they consume.

Since 2019, Okapi has been blessed with the love and support of numerous people and watching it grow from a tiny 16 inch OTG, into a semi-industrial kitchen with a 7 member team has been nothing short of remarkable.
